You know his intro classes will be full next semester. It'd be interesting to see how effective this approach is in comparison to regular textbook. I can see using some chapters from Stewart's book as auxiliary to the primary text, but a complete substitution?...After all, the whole fun of Stewart's book in the first place is its unusual, unexpected side. I wonder if the effect will remain once the novelty wears out?
